Southern Comfort Holiday Units are situated on the popular Fishpen Penninsula, two minutes walk to the main surf beach and the picturesque Merimbula Lake, and an easy, level stroll to Merimbula shopping area and clubs.

Enjoy beach, lake and riverside walks, bird-watching, excellent restaurants and coffee shops, craft galleries and all that Merimbula's famous beach and hinterland has to offer.

Our spacious units are fully furnished, self contained and feature:

  • 2 bedrooms with queen sized bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom.

Management


The holiday units are managed by Holiday Property Sales & Rentals and a friendly welcome is guaranteed at all times.

As a small complex of just five units, that has recently undergone complete renovations and lanscaping the cleanliness is assured. The units are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and check-out time is 10am. A free shuttle service to/from Merimbula Airport is available on request.

Rates

Our rates are budget friendly all year with a special winter tariff available from April to October - except during school holidays.
